The architects at MARK ARHITEKTI were tasked not only with integrating the project into the overall landscape of Jūrmala’s low-rise buildings and pine forest, but also with creating an environmentally efficient complex that meets the demands of modern life. A concise style, harmonizing with the surrounding environment, was chosen for the project.
The exterior walls and floor slabs are built using the latest Austrian VST technology (a patented permanent formwork system), ensuring a healthy indoor microclimate, excellent sound insulation, and fire resistance certified by international standards. The property features autonomous gas heating, convector radiators, parquet flooring, and high-quality panoramic windows and doors.
